1. Can I get free samples?

Yes, to Pre-Order your Birth Announcements you can simply complete your order through our convenient Secure on-line shopping cart. Ordering can also be accomplished by calling us at our toll free number. When you place your order we will ship the envelopes to you. There is no charge for the second shipping of the cards. When you contact us with the birth information we will process the remainder of your order.

2. Do you have printed catalogs?
We have tried in the past and there is no way we can keep them current, we are constantly adding new product to our web site. We’ll gladly send out up to three free samples for your review. Just e-mail us with your name, address and the SKU numbers of the cards you would like to see.

3. Can I get free samples?
Just e-mail us with the SKU numbers and your name and address. As inventory changes sometimes we will not have the exact card that you may wish to see. We may send you the Girl version when you ordered the Boy version. The quality will be there for you to see even thought the design will be different. Samples will be printed in black laser only, by doing this we save the printer set up time so that we may continue to offer this free service. We are sorry, but we don’t take phone orders for samples.

4. How long does it take for my order to be processed?

Most orders print and ship within 3 – 4 business days. There may be a delay in shipping if the cards are not in stock. We will let you know by e-mail if there is a delay in processing your order within the reasonable time frame. If you requested an e-mail or FAX proof we will have a typeset to you within 1 business day. Print time averages between 1-2 business days from receipt of your signature or final approval. All orders ship U.S. Priority Mail (unless otherwise requested – see below) with that, you could have your order in as little as 2-5 business days after printing

5. Do you guarantee your work?
We at Taylor Card Company take pride in being professionals! This does not mean that it is impossible for us to make a mistake. If Taylor Card Company prints an indisputable error we will reprint the order quickly and expedite as soon as possible, no questions asked. However, if there are any errors or omissions from the customer’s order these are recognized as the customer’s responsibility. As a service, we will reprint at a 20% discount off of the regular price.

6. Can I see a proof of my order before it is printed?

We can Fax or E-mail a proof to you for your review and approval before printing. You will receive your proof within 1 to 3 business days from the time you placed your order. A proof is the opportunity to see the final draft of your layout as set up by our layout artists. This is a free service that we offer to you. The purpose of a proof is for you to look over and approve the final draft of your layout. You should consider spelling, content and format. Your proof will come to you in black and white without graphics. Please be assured that your order will be printed on the card that you have chosen and in the ink color that you have requested. You must approve your proof in order for us to proceed and print. There is no extra charge to make changes to your layout. Please note that if an approval is not received within 5 business days, we will print and ship without any further liability on our part

7. Is there an extra charge for colored ink?

We offer 8 different ink colors because we want you to use them. Besides, we can’t stand looking at black ink on a card that Needs color! This is a service that we gladly offer at no extra charge.

8. Are the envelopes included with my order?

Absolutely! You’re going to need the envelopes in order to mail your cards out. Envelopes will always be included in the price unless our vendors start charging Us extra for envelopes.

9. Can I order my cards blank (without printing)?
All that we offer is also available blank. Simply place your order as directed by the shopping cart, after you enter your “quantity” just click on “blank”. Your order will automatically be calculated with the “blank” discount.

10. Can I customize the card with my own wording?
You may use any wording from the samples or create your own unique message. When composing your own wording keep in mind the size of the card. A good rule of thumb is the number of lines used on the sample (give or take a few). Often times the typestyle will determine the number of lines. A wide or bold typestyle will take up more space than a tight or narrow one. The more you write, the smaller it becomes. Have fun with font, ink color and creative writing.

11. Are there any shipping limitations?
We will ship anywhere in the world where there is delivery service available. When shipping out of the United States there are additional charges incurred. There is a $5.00 Handling Charge plus actual shipping charge. For International we will Ship U.S. Postal Service, FedEx or UPS what ever is your preference. Our standard shipping method within the United States is U.S. Priority Mail. The Postal Service states 2-3 days, but does not guarantee the time frame.

12. Will you print the text in any language?
We will print the card text in any language that uses an English keyboard. We will need to have an e-mail or FAX copy of the text including all accents and special characters to accompany the order. We will E-mail or FAX you a Text Proof for your review and approval prior to printing. Font Choices will be limited to fonts supporting the required accents and characters.

13. Is Taylor Card Company’s on-line ordering secure?
Your credit card transaction is secure and all credit card information is transmitted to us via encrypted SSL technology, we use the latest up to date technology available. Your name and personal information are safe with us! We are a family owned and operated business and your privacy is our priority.

14. Can I Rush My Order?
Yes! Although we are very sufficient at getting standard orders out within 3 – 4 business days, sometimes you need it even quicker. In this case we will “Rush” your order for an additional $25 (non-refundable). The Rush status will get your order out of here within 1 – 2 business days. A “Rush” order is for in-house only and will not speed up the shipping time unless you request expedited shipping as well. Please note that there is a daily cut off time of 11 a.m. Arizona Time. If the order comes in after that time it will not begin processing until the next day.

15. Can I have my card set up with more than one set up?
Yes, for an additional fee of $10 per set up we will layout your card with more than one set up. HOWEVER, there is a minimum of 20 cards per set up. For example, I love the “Dump Truck” card and my little boy will have a party with his friends on Friday and a party with the family on Saturday. I will need to order at least 20 invitations for the party with his friends and at least 20 invitations for the party with our family in order to have the two separate “set ups” done. The additional fee for this would just be $10 because the first set up is included with the order. IF you do not need this many invitations than Taylor Card can do the larger party set up for you (minimum of 20) and you may order any number of “blank” invitations to print yourself. **Please note that “any number” of blank invitations will only be factored in if you already have a minimum order of 20 cards.
